For your Image watch(es), we offer complete watch repair service by qualified watchmakers which includes: replacing watch movement, watch battery, crystal, case, and watch bands. Your Image watch will be inspected and repaired completely, according to our quality control standards and returned to you immediately.

If you return your Image watch for repair BEFORE the battery expiration date (printed on your blue warranty form), there is no need to send any money. If you return your Image watch for repair AFTER the battery expiration date, please send $7.00 for a complete repair service which includes the shipping and handling.

* This Warranty is VOID if the watch has been subjected to misuse, tampering, dirt, water or other abuse.
